Z is a dedicated husband and proud "dad" who coaches soccer for both of our. When he’s not working or on the field, can likely find him fly fishing in a serene river, skiing in fresh powder, or biking on our breathtaking local trails. Z possesses extensive experience in various legal fields, including estate planning, business law, mediation, retirement benefits, and equity-based compensation. is passionate about developing clear, tailored solutions that safeguard what matters most—your family, your legacy, and your peace of mind.

Kelly Hoffman, Director of Business and Operations at Hoffman Law Office, combines strategic leadership and operational with a passion for serving families. With over 15 years in special education and nonprofit leadership, she transitioned to family practice in 2026, focusing on operations, business development, and special needs planning. Residing in Carbondale with her partner Z and their sons, Kelly enjoys exploring Colorado’s mountains, hiking, skiing, and mountain biking. She balances work and family life with everyday joys, reinforcing her commitment to thoughtful, family-first planning. Holding a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Special Education from Western Michigan University, Kelly is dedicated to helping families, especially those with disabilities, navigate planning with clarity and care.
